Not All Sheds
Are Built the Same

See exactly why our structures last decades while others fall apart in years

When you’re investing thousands of dollars in a structure for your property, shouldn’t it be built to last? While others cut corners with cheap materials and shortcuts, we build every structure with the same quality and attention to detail you’d expect in a custom home.

The difference isn’t just in how it looks when we’re done – it’s in how it performs 10, 20, even 30 years from now.

The Foundation of Superior Construction

While others slap together prefab pieces and hope for the best, we build every structure stick-by-stick on your property. This isn’t just a different method – it’s a superior method that creates structures built to last generations.

Here's what makes our construction process different:

On-Site Stick Building

Every board is cut, measured, and assembled right in front of you. No factory shortcuts, no transport damage, no hidden flaws. You see every nail that goes in, every joint that gets connected, every detail that matters.

Hurricane Clips Every 16 Inches

While most builders use minimal connections, we install hurricane clips every 16 inches throughout the entire structure. Each clip takes 10 nails. A typical building gets over 2,000 extra nails just in hurricane clips alone.

Ring Shank Nails Throughout

We use ring shank nails instead of smooth nails because they have three times the holding power. It’s a small detail that costs us more but gives you decades of extra security.

4x6 Pressure-Treated Foundation

Our skid plates are 4×6 pressure-treated lumber, not the 2x4s that others use. This foundation will outlast the building itself.

What's Included vs.
What Others Make You Pay Extra For

Here’s the truth about the shed industry: most companies advertise low base prices, then nickel and dime you with “upgrade” fees for features that should be standard. We include what others consider upgrades because we believe quality shouldn’t be optional.

16″ On-Center Wall Framing – Maximum strength and stability in every wall

Double Studs Every 4 Feet – Dedicated support so every piece of siding is nailed into its own stud

50-Year LP Smart Siding – Premium engineered composite that won’t rot, warp, or split

Radiant Barrier Roof Decking – Keeps your structure cooler in summer heat

30-Year Architectural Shingles – Not cheap 3-tab shingles that curl and fail

Hurricane Clips Throughout – Steel connectors at every joint for maximum wind resistance

Wrapped in Tyvek House Wrap – Complete moisture barrier protection

3/4″ Tongue & Groove Flooring – Real flooring with 50-year warranty, not OSB

Double Trim on Windows – Professional finished appearance inside and out

Load-Bearing Gable End Porches – Strong enough for extra storage or sleeping areas

💰 16″ OC Framing – Competitors charge $500+ for what we include standard

💰 Hurricane Clips – $300+ upgrade fee at most companies

💰 Quality Siding – $800+ to upgrade from vinyl to LP Smart Siding

💰 Radiant Barrier – $200+ upgrade most places

💰 Architectural Shingles – $400+ to upgrade from basic 3-tab

💰 Tyvek House Wrap – $150+ upgrade fee elsewhere

💰 Real Wood Flooring – $600+ to upgrade from OSB that voids warranty if covered

💰 Professional Window Trim – $200+ for double trim work

💰 On-Site Building – Other companies charge 15% extra to build on-site instead of prefab

The Bottom Line: You save over $3,000 in “upgrade” fees because we include what should be standard in every quality structure.
